Ali Sajjad
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ali Sajjad brings more than 30 years of CONUS and OCONUS experience in program management, business development, and engineering in space technology and telecommunications. He was stationed in Kandahar from 2011 until 2013. The U.S. Small Business Administration has recognized Mr. Sajjad as an Emerging Leader, one of only 20 small business CEOs from the highly competitive Washington DC metro area to receive this prestigious honor. Mr. Sajjad has taught courses throughout the world in satellite communications covering LEO, MEO, and GEO satellite systems. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Master's Degree in Business Administration in Technology Management.
Cody Garrett
Director of Strategic Programs & Solutions
Cody Garrett, PMP serves as Director of Programs for Simba Enterprises LLC (SimbaCom), overseeing global program execution and operational strategy for satellite communications and technical services supporting U.S. Government and commercial customers. A U.S. Navy veteran with more than 13 years of experience in military communications, telecommunications, and defense contracting, Cody specializes in program management, systems integration, field operations, and organizational development. Since joining SimbaCom, Cody has played a key role in strengthening operational processes, standardizing program execution, and expanding the company's capabilities in worldwide SATCOM support. His leadership encompasses customer engagement, workforce management, logistics, proposal support, and strategic planning, ensuring the successful delivery of complex communications solutions across domestic and international operations. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Cody focuses on developing scalable processes, empowering technical teams, and identifying innovative solutions that enhance both customer success and organizational growth. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, collaboration, and building systems that enable long-term operational excellence.
Michael Bressette
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Bressette has more than 20 years of VSAT experience in satellite communications, radios, and mechanical equipment. He was Country Manager for the U.S. Army's LOGCAP IV program, and Director of Global Operations for Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia. He started his career in the US Army 1st Battalion 22nd Infantry, deployed to AOR Iraq, and pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College along with advanced Cisco certifications including O3b and AVL.
Zahra Naviwala
Director of Business Development
Zahra Naviwala is the Director of Business Development at SimbaCom, leading strategic growth initiatives, government and commercial partnerships, and business development efforts. She supports key federal agencies, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), as well as defense and enterprise customers, helping deliver secure SATCOM, SD-WAN, and advanced networking solutions. Her focus is on building strategic partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and delivering mission-critical communications solutions.
David Bryant
Member of Senior Staff
Mr. Bryant brings nearly 40 years of experience in the space and SATCOM industry to his role as Member Senior Staff. He began his career developing satellite ground system software and building mission-critical platforms to operate military, civilian, and commercial satellites. His technical foundation led to progressive leadership roles in systems engineering, program management, and ultimately executive management. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Bryant spent 12 years with Lockheed Martin (formerly Ford Aerospace and later Loral), followed by 14 years with Integral Systems (now Kratos). He then served 12 years with UltiSat, where he advanced to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2024, he joined SimbaCom, where he now oversees the company's sales strategy, operational execution, and enterprise performance. With deep industry expertise and a proven track record transforming complex technical environments into scalable business success, Mr. Bryant plays a key role in driving SimbaCom's growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic direction.
William Moore
Business Development Manager, US Space & Defense
William Robert Moore Jr. brings over 20 years of CONUS and OCONUS experience in SATCOM, cybersecurity, network operations, and systems engineering supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He has held leadership roles including SATCOM/Network Engineer and Operations Lead at DRS Technologies (Leonardo DRS), where he managed global tactical communications, IP network infrastructure, NOC operations, and teams of up to 148 personnel in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Safety, where he focused on risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across complex programs. Mr. Moore currently serves as Business Development Manager, US Space and Defense at SimbaCom in Leesburg, Virginia.
